Tekberry is looking for a highly qualified and motivated Talent Acquisition Specialist to work with our client, a worldwide designer, manufacturer, and integrator of precision control components company. In this role, you will support recruitment activities for the Space and Defense Group, partnering with hiring managers to deliver high-quality candidates and ensuring an excellent candidate experience throughout the hiring process. As a W2 employee you will have access to health benefits.

Responsibilities:

• Partner with hiring managers to define position requirements and develop effective sourcing strategies.
• Manage a high-volume requisition load across manufacturing and technical functions.
• Proactively source and screen candidates; conduct phone interviews to qualify applicants.
• Prepare, extend, and negotiate offers.
• Compose and post job advertisements to attract qualified candidates.
• Coordinate and attend on-site hiring events; represent Moog at local job fairs and industry networking events.
• Build relationships with technical vocational schools and workforce organizations to expand candidate pipelines.
• Ensure accurate and timely updates in the Applicant Tracking System (Workday).
• Communicate consistently with hiring teams and business partners throughout the recruitment process.
• Support talent initiatives by attending town halls, business update meetings, and other recruiting-related activities.

Must-Have Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree.
• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, including high-volume requisition management.
• Proven experience recruiting in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong relationship-building and influencing skills with business partners at all levels.
• Highly organized with a demonstrated ability to act with urgency and manage competing priorities.
• Resourceful, with a creative ability to attract top talent.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with Workday ATS.
• Strong background in talent acquisition for technical/engineering roles.
• Prior experience leading or coordinating hiring events.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
