This position may be filled at one of the following State Fund locations:  Sacramento or Vacaville.

Seeking a role that allows you to lead dynamic teams in providing quality travel and support services across the organization?

Business Services is seeking a highly motivated, self-directed Staff Services Manager l (SSM I) with exceptional interpersonal skills/EQ and a strong work ethic. Under the general supervision of the Senior Business Services Manager (SSM II), the Business Services Manager will lead, develop, and maintain a high-performing and engaged unit and be responsible for managing Business Services functions to optimize the delivery of travel and support services to all employees. In this position, you will plan, organize, and optimize the operations of the Business Services unit, facilitating a range of travel, contract, budget, and administrative services, as well as addressing inquiries and resolving various situations. This position will also collaborate with multiple business partners throughout the enterprise to deliver a suite of services to both the operating business units and the corporate functions. This position is responsible for developing, implementing, maintaining, and adhering to the department’s policies and procedures, as well as monitoring metrics to drive continuous process improvement.   • Knowledge of State Fund’s organization and Administrative and Business Services functions
