NIKA is hiring for a Project Manager who will be responsible for the on-site Project Management of a Base Operating Services (BOS) contract at Camp Pendleton, CA!

Job Duties:
The Project Manager will be responsible for coordinating, reviewing and coordinating with POCs work plans, coordinating installs, conducting quality control, and validating products being installed are correct.
The PM will be involved in preparation of project scopes of work and rough cost estimates, and provide technical review of construction contractor proposals, including project modifications.
The PM will be providing projects programming along with project management and design review inputs.
This work involves communication with project customers to validate project requirements, review of pertinent clinics/hall specific and industry standard codes and guidelines, and selection of appropriate engineering systems and solutions.
Requirements:
Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Project Manager in managing a workforce providing services on contracts of similar size, scope and complexity.
Must also be proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Programs (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), SharePoint, and Microsoft Project and TEAMS products.
Requires knowledge and application of processes, policies, methods and procedures affecting Military health facility construction, outfitting, and transition.
Can demonstrate good communication and organizational skills that are required for government design/build projects and for daily interaction with government construction management staff.
Ability to obtain and maintain a Clearance Access Card (CAC)
