Job Title: Project Manager Job Description The Project Manager will be responsible for reviewing project proposals to assess scope, timelines, resource needs, and deliverables. This role involves collaborating with internal teams to develop detailed work plans, assigning responsibilities, and monitoring project progress to ensure adherence to schedule and budget goals. Essential Skills + Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field. + A minimum of five years' experience in a manufacturing, engineering, or industrial project management role. + Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a commitment to customer satisfaction. + Demonstrated initiative and adaptability in fast-paced project environments. + Highly effective communication and interpersonal skills. + Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and project management tools. Additional Skills & Qualifications + PMP certification, required. Work Environment The work environment is dynamic and fast-paced, requiring adaptability and strong problem-solving skills. You will be using Microsoft Office applications and various project management tools to ensure effective communication and collaboration across teams.
