As a Marketing & Fundraising Events Coordinator , you will plan, coordinate, and execute impactful community-based events designed to build awareness, mobilize support, and raise funds for vital local causes. This role is perfect for a hands-on organizer with a passion for social impact who thrives in live environments and enjoys direct public interaction.
Organize and manage in-person marketing and fundraising events across the Bay Area, including tabling, donor drives, community festivals, and awareness campaigns
Serve as a professional and enthusiastic representative of our organization and nonprofit partners
Engage event attendees through meaningful conversations , donation appeals, and educational outreach
Collaborate with internal teams and community partners to promote events and maximize participation
Collect and track data on attendee engagement, donations, and event outcomes to inform future event planning
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to connect authentically across diverse communities
Highly organized and proactive with the ability to manage multiple live events under pressure
Deep passion for social justice, nonprofit missions, and community-based outreach
Experience in event coordination, nonprofit fundraising, or community engagement is preferred but not mandatory
