Job Summary:

As a Business Analyst on the Corporate Services Reporting, Analytics, and Data team, you will leverage data and reporting to drive value in the Sourcing & Procurement department, collaborating with various stakeholders to support strategic analytics and reporting projects.
Responsibilities:
• Engage with a spectrum of stakeholders, understanding and translating complex business needs into actionable insight and opportunity
• Spearhead data-driven analysis, employing advanced tools like Tableau or Power BI, to inform and influence high-stakes decisions
• Innovate and employ analytical tools, making intricate data accessible and comprehensible.
• Work cross-functionally, aligning with customers and tech teams to ensure flawless project execution
• Communicate and present findings, orally and visually, in a way that can be easily understood
• Candidates should be able to gather business information and synthesize it logically and analytically to communicate an effective message to leadership
Qualifications:
Required:
• 1+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role
• Proven excellent communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build solid relationships with customers and cross-functional teams
• Proven advanced attention to detail with a focus on quality and accuracy
• Proven independent work ethic, complemented by a collaborative spirit
• Demonstrated intermediate level of proficiency with Excel (pivot tables, statistical functions, charts, visualizations, formulas, import/export data) and PowerPoint
• Ability to work a hybrid working model with minimum four days in the Minnesota Corporate office. Flexible on day selections
Preferred:
• Proven knowledge of SQL and experience with SQL databases
• Proficiency in data visualization tools (Power BI) and a knack for clear communication
• Demonstrated basic project management and organizational skills
• Experience with process modeling tools such as Visio
• Working experience with Jira platform
