Level 1 System Administrator (Entry Level)
📍 Onsite – Melbourne, FL | Part-Time or Full-Time
Rolle IT is looking for an entry-level System Administrator to join our growing team. This is an onsite position with flexible part-time and full-time options available. You’ll work closely with senior IT staff to support users, maintain systems, and gain hands-on experience in cybersecurity, Microsoft 365, and enterprise IT environments.
What You’ll Do:
Provide Tier 1 support for hardware, software, and networking issues
Assist with user account setup, permissions, and onboarding
Monitor and maintain systems, apply updates, and document solutions
Escalate complex issues to senior team members
What We’re Looking For:
Basic knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft 365, and networking fundamentals
Strong troubleshooting and communication skills
Eagerness to learn and grow in IT (prior help desk experience is a plus)
