Pay $17.50 - $26.00 per hour Job Full time Responsibilities Plan and coordinate all aspects of events from inception to completion. Develop and manage event budgets, ensuring adherence to financial guidelines. Negotiate contracts with vendors, suppliers, and venues. Coordinate event logistics including transportation, catering, and audiovisual needs. Create and maintain detailed event schedules and timelines. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and vendors before, during, and after events. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or related field. Proven experience in event planning or coordination, preferably in a corporate setting. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Proficiency in event management software and Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
