Our client is seeking an associate with three to five years of experience in New Jersey environmental regulatory, transactional, and permitting areas, with a focus on Brownfields and wetlands redevelopment experience. Some knowledge of New York environmental regulatory, transactional, and permitting associated with Brownfields and wetlands development is a plus. Admission in both New Jersey and New York is required.
Package Details:
Billable Requirement:
1860 (50 hours are pro bono, which count towards the billable requirement).
Bonus Structure:
We currently offer associates merit-based bonuses as well as separate hours-based bonuses that are offered on a yearly and monthly basis.
Hybrid Schedule:
Attorneys are required to be in the office three days a week. Tuesdays and Thursdays are mandatory. The third day is up to the attorney.
