  • Act as the primary liaison between the dental department and administration, including communication with providers and the Dental Director on clinical issues.
  • Support incentive and quality improvement programs in collaboration with the Dental Director, CSO, and national dental health networks (e.g., NNOHA).

Qualifications:

  • Proven ability to manage and schedule large multi-role teams, including clinical and administrative dental staff.
  • Strong understanding of dental practice workflows, patient scheduling systems, and operational best practices.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to adapt quickly to change and resolve scheduling or staffing conflicts.
  • Effective communicator and natural liaison between clinical and administrative departments.
  • Experience managing PTO, attendance tracking, and HR-related functions within a clinical setting.
  • Familiarity with healthcare incentive programs and national quality measures (e.g., NNOHA initiatives).
  • Calm under pressure, with the ability to lead a team and maintain high patient satisfaction in a busy clinical environment.
