What You’ll Do
Lead front office operations: scheduling, billing, collections, and insurance processing.
Oversee staff performance, training, and team communication.
Ensure efficient patient flow, case acceptance >40%, high scheduling conversion (>80%), and re-care retention (>90%).
Monitor KPIs and support practice revenue and growth goals.
Maintain a professional, welcoming environment for patients and families.
Resolve patient concerns with empathy and develop process improvements.
