We are looking for a **Client Success Manager** with **3–5 years of experience managing Virtual Assistants or Executive Assistants** (non-BPO setup). This role will serve as the bridge between clients and talents, ensuring strong relationships, smooth project execution, and business growth through upselling and long-term partnership building.
**Roles and Responsibilities:**
* Manage and grow client relationships, serving as their main point of contact.
* Lead, guide, and support Virtual Assistants and Executive Assistants.
* Ensure projects are organized, on track, and deadlines are met.
* Identify opportunities to upsell and expand client business.
* Act as a problem solver between clients and talents to maintain strong working relationships.
**Skills and Experience Needed:**
* 3–5 years’ experience as a Client Success Manager, Virtual Assistant, or Executive Assistant (non-BPO setup).
* Strong background in client management and account management.
* Project management experience using tools such as Asana, ClickUp, Monday.com, or Trello.
* Excellent communication and leadership skills.
* Ability to multitask, prioritize, and solve problems creatively.
* Experience in business development or upselling is a plus.
**Duration:**
Full-time, long-term position (40 hrs/week).
**Pay:**
$800–$1200/month (fixed monthly salary, depending on experience).
**Work Setup:**
Remote – permanent work from home.
Timezone: EST schedule.
Weekends off.
