About the Role

• We are seeking an experienced Signavio Process Analyst to support ITSM transformation initiatives through effective process modeling, documentation, and optimization. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of ITIL frameworks, BPMN standards, and hands-on experience with Signavio or similar process modeling tools.

Key Responsibilities:

• Current-State Documentation:
• Engage with process owners, IT operations, and stakeholders to map/document current IT processes (e.g., incident, change, asset lifecycle)
• Identify undocumented or informal processes through interviews and workshops
• Capture inefficiencies, inconsistencies, and areas for improvement

Future-State Design:

• Collaborate with governance and IT teams to design optimized, ITIL-aligned future-state processes
• Recommend improvements to enhance automation, control, and efficiency
• Create scalable and standardized workflows that align with organizational process architecture

Stakeholder Engagement:

• Facilitate workshops and review meetings to validate findings and secure buy-in
• Communicate technical processes clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences

Process Documentation:

• Deliver clear, detailed process documentation including models, workflows, and SOPs
• Maintain consistency with BPMN standards and internal governance practices

Required Experience:

• 5+ years of experience in process modeling and business process management
• Experience in ITSM transformation projects
• Proven success documenting and designing IT processes in low-documentation environments
• Strong analytical skills for identifying gaps and recommending improvements

Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in Signavio or other modeling tools (e.g., Visio, ARIS)
• Strong understanding of BPMN notation
• Familiarity with ITSM tools like ServiceNow, BMC Remedy, etc.
• Knowledge of ITIL 4 and automation opportunities within ITSM

Education & Certifications:

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Business Administration, or related field
• Preferred: Certifications in ITIL 4, BPMN, or Lean Six Sigma
